  • created one of the first online shopping systems,
  • sold some of the first online advertising,
  • built one of the first content management systems, and
  • created some of the earliest online directories
Michael has extensive experience in knowledge-based development, information architecture, consumer research, marketing strategy, and rapid development.
Sean Bowman joins Michael as CTO and principal architect for Brilliant Arc. Sean brings deep, extensive experience in building scalable platforms based on open source technologies across a variety of Local ventures including the Open Local Directory, Local Guides, and most recently Public Earth.
